Who We Are
Our CEO and Founder, Nikki Innocent, is a certified women’s leadership coach, diversity and inclusion facilitator and authentic leadership strategist who has tapped into her extensive experience working in the management consulting and investment management industries to create, launch and implement inclusive programming focused on bringing people together through shared humanity and shifting to a more connected paradigm of leadership.
Nikki has worked alongside those at all levels from the “C” suite, senior executives, managers to individual contributors and has trained individuals and teams across industries (including tech, media, biotech, hospitality, retail, nonprofit, government, healthcare, and professional & financial services) and company lifecycles from startup to nonprofit to the Fortune 5 organizations.

The Inclusive Leadership Collective specializes in designing customized leadership training, providing executive coaching in the areas of leadership; women’s leadership; diversity, equity and inclusion and professional development; and delivering dynamic, focused and engaging speaking engagements, workshops and experiences.
In every situation, we carefully assess the needs and the goals of the client and develop the tailored solution that best meets their goals. All the engagements are highly interactive, relevant, and actionable.
Our leadership coaching service offers participants the opportunity to receive dedicated one-on-one coaching sessions with a modern leadership coach that centers around the goal(s) they are striving to achieve, strategies to overcome the challenges they are facing and tools to tap into their unique set of strengths to succeed in the workplace. We also offer coaching in a group format to foster connection, develop collaborative, inclusive cultures — all while building trust and resilience in the ever-changing modern landscape.
